Christmas Stock & Delivery
While we do our best to make sure all items on our website are currently in stock, At this time of year some items may be sold out and we may be unable to replenish the items until after Christmas. If this is the case you will be notified via email and you will have the choice of another item or refund.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding Christmas delivery please call us on 042 9665147. Please ensure all orders are completed by 11 PM on Wed 19th December for delivery before Christmas
Shipping & Returns
Delivery to Ireland All orders to Ireland are delivered by courier during business hours and a signature will be required. The price for this is a set price of €8.50 incl vat
Orders weighing less than 1 kg and below a value of €25 incl vat may be delivered via the postal service at a reduced price,
no signature is required but deliveries cannot be tracked and are not insured. Please contact us for this service
Delivery to other countries
We offer a range of delivery options to different countries for you to choose from. Delivery charges vary depending on:
the delivery address of your goods (your region) the delivery service you choose the total weight of your order any promotions we may be running at the time of your order Your total charge for delivery, along with all the different delivery options we’re able to offer for any particular order, will always be clearly displayed at the checkout.
Delivery outside the EU
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, custom duties or taxes which are your responsibility where they apply.
Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Massey Parts is not responsible for them.
If you do not pay these local import/custom duties or taxes then the Product could be returned to Massey Parts or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note, if this happens, we may not be able to refund your purchase. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you are in breach of any law in any such country.
Returns – Faulty Goods or Damage in Transit
In the unfortunate case of products being faulty or damaged in transit, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement or a full refund. Goods can be returned by post.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice. On receipt we will issue an exchange or refund.
Unfortunately in these circumstances you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Please contact us. Your statutory rights are not affected
Delivery Times We aim to dispatch all in-stock goods within 48 hours but at extremely busy times this may take a little longer. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been dispatched or of any delays. In exceptional circumstances please allow 28 days for delivery. Any In-Stock orders that are received by us before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Any In-Stock orders received during the weekend will be dispatched the first working day of the week. Delivery times may vary depending on where the goods are being sent.
